Think Ahead: 2014-2015 courses for SST Majors

Social Studies Majors- It’s time to starting thinking about your 2014-2015 classes.  Check your schedules and contact your advisors with any questions before  the semester starts on August 25.
Some new courses have been added to the schedule as well.  Here is a quick list of history department courses that fulfill requirements for the Social Studies Major:

HIS 112 United States History Since 1877 (MWF 9:10-10)
HIS 215 History of African Americans to 1877 (various sections)
HIS 370 Global Interactions (T/TH 8:30 -9:45)
HIS 401 History Seminar (MWF 12:25-1:15)
HIS 353 20th-Century Europe (MWF 9:10-10)
                 *this course was recently added to the schedule and satisfies requirements for SST/HIS double majors
